Whole wheat and unbleached flour can be used. You can mix them together to get a better blend if you would like. This information came directly from the clinic.

You may also be able to use organic coconut flour or organic almond flour. I am not 100% on this but you can always call the clinic and ask.

Generally speaking, coconut and almonds are allowed so I would think that the flour they produce would also be acceptable.

How is your husband? Has he gotten any better with the tonic?

Did the honey not cause any issues with your bread?

I tried to make muffins once using raw sugar, agave syrup and wheat flour, it did not work and the muffins were dry would not hold together. they just crumbled because the sugar never really mixed with the batter. I assume the honey just works better?

I think it may have been Ezickeal bread as well. They have many different types. I will see if I can find what I have when I get home, and post a photo.

I found a bread that is sprouted wheat and grains which is acceptable on the diet. Doesn’t taste bad either. I will take a photo and post it later.

I actually asked this at the Biomedical center and they did not know what millet flour was.

I a little research online shows that the term “Millet” is very broad and refers to one or many types of grass grains. So you probably do not really know what type of millet is in the Millet Flour. In small amounts it should not be a problem, however there were some articles which mention using Millet flour as a replacement for regular flour could pose some nutritional and minor health risks.

I would probably try to avoid it if possible, and find a tortilla with something else in the ingredients.

                Just my opinion though.

We just got back and had no problems whatsoever. We stayed at the Best Western Americana Inn in San ySidro and took the hotel shuttle van back and forth every day. It was a pleasure each trip.
