My Father is 73 years old and was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer. We are thinking of traveling to the Biomedical center in Tijuana but are concerned with the whole family and safety of crossing the border. Is it safe? Are there certain times of the year that are safer to travel with a family of 5?
We just got back and had no problems whatsoever. We stayed at the Best Western Americana Inn in San ySidro and took the hotel shuttle van back and forth every day. It was a pleasure each trip.
